In cooperation with researchers from Bucknell University, Lewisburg, PA, he launched the development of Personality Net's services and in only two years established the second largest personality based matching service in Europe. Dirk Liedig is President and CEO of Personality Net.

LeeAnn Renninger, Ph.D.

LeeAnn Renninger received her Ph.D. in social psychology from the University of Vienna. She is a personality and partnership expert who has worked as a researcher at University College London, the University of Amsterdam, and at the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute in Vienna, Austria.

Dr. Renninger's reseach focuses on partnership satisfaction, relationship success and personality assessment. Her papers on courtship and personality have been published in leading scientific journals and Dr. Renninger has appeared on various national TV-shows and in radio interviews as an expert on communication. She is one of the Co-Founders and the Director of Scientific Research for Personality Net, Inc..

Martin Klein

Martin Klein has a medical background from Cologne University, Germany. During and after his medical studies he worked as a Trainer and Project Manager for Sun Microsystems for several years. Following Sun Microsystems he held a position as a Senior Consultant at Manogistics Inc., one of the world leaders in Supply Chain Management Software Solutions. He is Co-Founder and CTO of Personality Net.

Sebastian Boehm

Sebastian Boehm has worked in various high profile software development projects since 1995. He was one of the head developers at FriendScout24, Europe's largest online personals service, and has been the head developer for Personality Net since 2000. He is also one of the Co-Founders of Personality Net.
